We offer an individual personal service with the safety and security of your yacht paramount. We prefer to deliver yachts individually rather then employ ad hoc delivery skippers. We also prefer to meet you personally and discuss your requirements before you book with us.
We then take time to focus on attention to detail, working with you to understand and meet your expectations.
Whether you require an individual delivery, tuition and support whilst you skipper the vessel, or just an experienced hand for that longer journey, we would be pleased to assist.
We recognise that security is an increasing concern for owners worldwide. Your skipper will not be just a `Delivery Skipper`, but a Yachtmaster Instructor/Examiner with a Police or Military career behind him or her, equipped with the reliability, training, skills, and experience, to deal with whatever situation arises.
Because we also conduct sail training and examinations, any delivery crew have previously undergone training with us and are not there for a `free ride`, but to act responsibly and gain experience.
Our meticulous attention to detail includes;
- We prefer to meet you personally before any contracts are agreed.
- Regular liaison and consultation, prior, during and upon completion of delivery.
- Packaging and protection of vulnerable areas of your yacht.
- Conservative sailing keeping wear and tear to a minimum.
Regular position updates.
- Vessel maintenance and check lists prior to and upon completion of delivery.
- Personal Liability Insurance to value of £3 million.
- Our network of personal contacts throughout UK, Europe, Mediterranean and Caribbean enables us to deal with any problems that may arise.
